Return and Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns for unwanted items after the 14 day period mentioned above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the shipping costs.
To start a return for an exchange, you can contact us at info@lafaps.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Please include your order number in the subject of the email. Customers will need to pay for the shipping fee of the returned item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If your return is approved, customers will need to pay for the shipping fee of the returned item. Instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided and a store credit will then be issued to you to use for the exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges cannot be guaranteed if the return package is not mailed within 15 days of your original delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon recept and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on sale items, worn items, pop-up shop sales, jewelry or gift cards. All sales are final and non-refundable. Items denoted as SALE are not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Missing/Lost or Stolen Goods
Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay or issues in your order's delivery date. If you realize you used a wrong shipping address, please email us at info@lafaps.com within 2 hours of placing the order with the correct delivery address. Include your order number in the subject line. Once the order ships with the shipping address the customer enters at the time of purchase, we are not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by wrong delivery address.
LAFAPS is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by lost or stolen and/or unclaimed packages, or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to), or any delays by the shipping courier/carrier service.
If the item you ordered was lost or stolen, we are not responsible for the cost of the item. We are also not responsible for any delays caused by lost or stolen packages once it ships. If your order is lost and not recevied according to the tracking information provided and it shows delivered, please contact the shipping carrier or local post office to track the missing item.
